Oracle Energy Corp. Announces New VP of Exploration

 Vancouver, British Columbia October 24, 2011) - Oracle Energy Corp. ("the Company" or "Oracle") (TSX.V: OEC) (Frankfurt: O2E) is pleased to announce that Mr. Desmond Norris has joined Oracle Energy as Vice President Exploration. Mr. Norris's 30 year career, including 24 years with Talisman Energy Inc., spans; Exploration, Development, E&P technology, Operations and Management. His most recent assignment was VP Exploration Technology and Geoscience at Talisman Energy Inc.

Mr. Norris is a proven oil finder with extensive experience in seismic operations, interpretation and prospect evaluation in a wide variety of basin types, principally in Indonesia, Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, South America, Oman, Algeria, and Trinidad & Tobago. He holds an M.Sc.(Geophysics) from the University of Papua Guinea and an M.A. (Physics) from Oxford University.
