|November 23, 2009- Oracle Energy Corp. ("Oracle") (OCL-TSX.V)(O2E-Frankfurt) announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a cease trade order against Oracle on November 18, 2009. The issue is that Oracle did not file the annual oil and gas forms on SEDAR as prescribed by National Instrument 51-101 Standard of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities for the year ended December 31, 2008, within the prescribed time period. The TSX Venture Exchange subsequently suspended trading in Oracle's securities as a result of the cease trade order.|
